Submitting articles to ezinearticles.com and isnare.com results in obtaining incoming links to your site for the keyword phrases you are targeting. As other website owners and newsletters reprint your articles, they are required to include your author byline, including the link to your site. Each article has the potential to generate numerous incoming links to your website which improve search engine rankings. We submit articles to both ezinearticles.com and isnare.com (paid service, which goes on to submit each article to 1000+ other article directories and websites).
Many blog owners take turns hosting what are known as “blog carnivals”. The host receives submissions from other bloggers on topics relevant to the theme of the carnival, and then selects which blogs to promote in a “carnival post” on their own blog – linking to the submissions. Other participants in the blog carnival frequently link to their favorite posts in each carnival, resulting in numerous incoming links to your blog each week. We submit your blog posts to all relevant blog carnivals (based on topic and theme), receiving an average of 15-20 blog carnival submissions per blog post.
Guest blogging is the strategy of contacting other blog owners (with high Google Page Rank and strong readership volume) to guest post an article on their site.
